7/7/2005 was one of the darkest days in our nation’s history.
Radical Islamist terrorists deliberately carried out callous attacks on our country’s streets, brutally taking lives and destroying countless others.
We must never lose sight of the threat posed by Islamism or by terrorism.
As we remember the victims, and pay tribute to our brave emergency and intelligence services who responded to the incidents, we must continue to fight to defeat this dangerous ideology and ensure it is removed from our country once and for all.
